Why Is So Hard To Deal With Anxiety?

Sometimes is very hard to deal with anxiety.

I can't relax. I always feel tired. I feel like I can't cope with anxiety.
 Does it sounds familiar to you?

Sometimes we feel tired but even don't know why. There are various reasons. Anxiety is disorder in which even smallest events can make you panicky and nervous. Anxiety means too much sensitive on environment. You probably notice that if you feel better - anxiety goes away. If you feel tired and you have headache - you feel nervous and anxious. That's the key. Relax. But how to relax. Many people ignore this and they suffer from anxiety for longer period of time. If you don't relax and take some steps towards it - you won't feel better. Because if you are relaxed, think you straighter and you are less panicky. If you have headache, of course that you will be nervous and feel sensitive on everything that surrounds you. Anxiety means simply that you easier find triggers for nervousness, tension and worrying.





Let's take some steps that should make you have more control over anxiety:

- headache - do you have have headache? Do you feel nervous? Most people who have headache are automatically very nervous and sensitive to the environment. Whether it be loud TV, children from neighborhood or uproar outside (loud cars, for example) - it makes you nervous. Very nervous. You simply can't relax, you want to sleep but you can't.
-  lack of sleep - do you sleep well? Do you know that you should pay attention to your sleep and you should sleep at least 8 hours per day. If you didn't sleep well - you are nervous.

It might help you to deal with anxiety easier.

- lack of exercise - if you don't exercise a bit - your body will harder release stress that's accumulated in your body and mind. I'd suggest exercising a bit. It don't have to be some very hard exercise. Just make a couple of steps around, do some work in your garden. It's very important to move. By moving physically you are moving towards releasing stress and at end - you are moving towards curing from anxiety.

That's why is sometimes very hard to deal with anxiety. Because you feel nervous, tired and you have headache. Even sometimes if you feel hungry - it might make you nervous so you are simply unable to think straight. Don't fight with it. Let it be. Wait for better time but for now stay - patient.

Don't panic because hopefully will go away. Now just be patient. Everybody have good and bad days. Don't look for medicines. Rather wait for it. Try to relax. Take a shower. Think positive. Go for a ride with bike. That's also great way to release some stress. Invite your friend or you can just go around. Go outside. Sometimes you will meet people that will smile at you and that's also great way to release anxiety and feel better in general. But as I said - if you feel better, anxiety will slowly go away.
